Opus 4.8 with bedrock errors out saying `temperature` is deprecated

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

just like in 4.7: Opus 4.7 not functioning on Bedrock because of Temperature deprecation / 400 - #12.

switching to 4.7 works.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. use aws bedrock credentials
  2. enable us.anthropic.claude-opus-4-8
  3. try to send a request

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, this is a known bug, same as the one we had with Opus 4.7 on Bedrock. It’s already been reported internally, but there’s no fix timeline yet.

As a workaround, stay on Opus 4.7 for now, requests go through there like you already noticed. Once 4.8 is fixed, we’ll reply in the thread.
