Hey, thanks for the report. The `HTTP/2 session not established after 20001 ms` error means the app couldn’t connect to Cursor’s servers within 20 seconds, and this happened 4 times in a row. Usually this points to something on the network path, like a VPN, proxy, firewall, antivirus web filtering, or an unstable connection.

From the stack trace, this looks like the macOS desktop app, not iOS. Please try this:

1. Fully quit Cursor with `Cmd+Q`, then open it again.
2. Open Cursor Settings \> Network and click “Run Diagnostics”. Send a screenshot of the result here.
3. In the same place, set “HTTP Compatibility Mode” to HTTP/1.1.
4. Fully quit Cursor again with `Cmd+Q`, reopen it, and send a message in a new chat.

If it still doesn’t work, please try once on a different network, like a phone hotspot, with VPN turned off, and let me know:

- whether it works on the other network
- whether you have any VPN, proxy, or antivirus that checks web traffic
- your Cursor version from Cursor \> About Cursor
- whether you’re signed into Cursor with the same email as on the forum
