@condor Urgent help! When I paid for Cursor just now, the system presented me with the July bill, and I completed the payment. Since I need the November bill for reimbursement, could you please refund this payment so that I can repurchase the service for November?

Hi @condor , i also paid for Cursor Pro, Payment was succesfull and amount is debited from my side but the dashboard is still showing free version and in invoice History is showing “OPEN”.
Please Help

Similar issue. Was working well on Pro but it just reverted to Free plan less that 8 hours after purchasing. Billing on portal says my subscription runs up to 22 Dec. Kindly assist.

@condor Same issue. I paid invoice to continue my PRO plan but still on FREE plan. Just paid an hour ago. I received the invoice and receipt. Already emailed hi cursor but needs the PRO plan urgently. Thank you
