Plan mode failing to create plan .md file

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

In plan mode, the agent says “created plan” and it opens an .md file in the editor, but the .md file is empty. Sometimes if I ask it to try again, it manages to fill in the file, but often it remains empty.

Steps to Reproduce

Use plan mode.

Expected Behavior

The plan .md file is properly filled in.

MacOS

Thanks for the ID and the screenshot.

Before I forward it all to the team for checking the Request, which model are you using in this case?

Hmm.. I believe it was set to auto.

While the team is working on it, you can see the plan details if you switch from Markdown view to Preview.
