Starting from VS Code 1.98.2, there is a bug that causes a 1 second delay in loading webview. This bug was not fixed until VS Code 1.102.

Since the cursor is still using VS Code version 1.99, this bug still exists. Please fix it. I have been waiting for a long time, Trae and Windsurf have fixed it.

Open any webview (e.g., to view an image file).
