Please update Cursor IDE fork of VS Code to v1.100 or newer, together with latest DevContainer/Remote-SSH plugin.
Cursor is currently forked at VS Code v1.96.2 (4 versions back, and as of next week, v1.101 will be released)

They are really falling behind and it’s fracturing the extension compatibility.
