Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?
Cursor IDE
Describe the Bug
When adding Plugins from the market place, some come with team rules. As a user it is not possible to change or disable these.
Steps to Reproduce
- Install a Plugin that has team rules; Eg ‘Create Plugin’.
- Go to 'Rules, Skills, Subagents.
- Under Rules there will be a rule “Keep Cursor plugin manifest, paths, and component metadata valid during plugin authoring.” that you cannot change/edit, disable.
- Since you are not actually part of that "team’ you also do not get to manage it in your Cursor teams dashboard.
Expected Behavior
Add option to ‘Disable’ these rules.
