I have such a question: how to solve it?

The problem is the following: when you communicate with AI-agent for a long time within one project and when a large dialog is formed, it very much loads the computer by about 40-60%.

What can I do about it? How do we fix it? Why is this happening?
If you delete this dialog, the load on the computer is reduced
