### Feature request for product/service

### Describe the request

In the PR diff view on the Cursor desktop app, code currently reads mostly as plain text with only add/remove coloring. Graphite’s review UI keeps full language syntax highlighting on top of the green/red diff.

Please add the same: keywords, strings, comments, and other tokens should still be highlighted while reviewing a PR.

Why this matters:
Syntax highlighting makes reading diffs easier, and allow me to review in Cursor. I like reviewing in Cursor because the PR view live updates, and it’s in the same window so I don’t need to switch window to the browser.

Ideal behavior:
Diff viewer uses the same / similar highlighter as the normal editor for the file’s language
Add/remove coloring still works on top of syntax highlighting

Reference UX:
Graphite PR review: syntax-colored diffs

Hey there @Ian_T

This should already be the case for languages where you can see syntax highlighting in the file editor (in the Agents Window). Could you share a screenshot where you aren’t seeing this?

Hey Colin!

I saw the syntax highlighting for Typescript and was pleasantly surprised. Did some investigation and realized I didn’t see it previously because it isn’t working for elixir ( `.ex` ) files .
