PR workflow broken (Mark as Ready button doesn't work)

Describe the Bug

Basically the PR workflow is unusable. when i press mark as ready, nothing happens. it doesn’t show the squash and merge button.

what once used to take 2 clicks to mark as ready plus squash and merge now takes about 10 clicks plus scrolling in github.

if im lucky it’ll about take about 6 clicks or so to click away from thread and come back to see if the button switched

if you multiply that by the many PRs i now have cloud agents generate it gets pretty frustrating to no longer merge PRs as efficiently. Please fix.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open PR tab in Cursor
  2. Click “Mark as Ready”.
  3. Observe: no immediate change
  4. Optional: switch away from the agent/chat thread and return to the PR tab. Sometimes the UI updates after several navigation clicks; often it does not.
  5. Look for Squash and Merge button in the PR tab. UI likely still shows Mark as Ready.
  6. Open the same PR on github.com. Mark as ready and merge there (works, but slow compared to the old Cursor flow).

Expected Behavior

Clicking “Mark as Ready” should immediately show the Squash and Merge button

Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor

This is a known bug with the PR tab.

Our team is aware of this and working on a fix. For now, your workaround of using GitHub directly is the most reliable path. We know it’s especially painful with a high volume of cloud agent PRs.
