I’ve tried email support and I’m stuck in an AI loop with “Sam”. The AI doesn’t understand that this is a system bug where the Hard Limit failed to trigger. Can a real human ( @arvid@truell20 ) please take a look at the “processing delay” on my account? It’s $300+
Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known issue. The client sends premium as the model name, and the backend doesn’t recognize it, so you get an internal error.
Workaround: switch to a specific model like claude-4.6-sonnet or gpt-5, or pick Auto instead of Premium. That should fix it.
