Whenever I try to use the premium model to make changes or debug (in the last 10 minutes), it says it ran into an “internal” error

Steps to Reproduce

Switched model to premium, then when I try to make any update or ask, it returns an internal error

Expected Behavior

Premium should work fine for making updates and deployments (currently it does not)

Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor

I’ve tried email support and I’m stuck in an AI loop with “Sam”. The AI doesn’t understand that this is a system bug where the Hard Limit failed to trigger. Can a real human ( @arvid @truell20 ) please take a look at the “processing delay” on my account? It’s $300+

Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known issue. The client sends premium as the model name, and the backend doesn’t recognize it, so you get an internal error.

Workaround: switch to a specific model like claude-4.6-sonnet or gpt-5, or pick Auto instead of Premium. That should fix it.
