Describe the Bug
“Premium Model Upgrade Required” message does not appear until the prompt box is unfocused.
Steps to Reproduce
Try a prompt with GPT-5.2 (or some similarly-restricted model), and click the green arrow button. Then click outside the prompt box and observe the message appear.
Expected Behavior
The message should appear regardless of if the prompt box is focused or not.
