# Project -cloud agent resource exhausted

Hi all,

I’ve been using the new project feature (running on the cloud). I got $100 in credits and have used $8 of it, but today I got the “Resource Exhausted” error shown below. I’ve maxed out my other models plan, but I still have 85% of my Cursor models. I am using the Pro+ plan.

Having said this, is this related to the service degradation — The cloud Agents and Automations issue Cursor is having — or is it something isolated to my environment? If so, how can I fix this? Do I need to upgrade to the Ultra plan? I was using auto mode and tried switching to a specific model (Composer 2.5 Fast) to see if that would work, thinking that auto perhaps was not routing that properly; that still did not work.

Please let me know if anyone has experienced this issue before or if you need any additional details or clarification from my side. I appreciate your assistance and attention to this matter.

Hi, thanks for the detailed report. This lines up with today’s Cloud Agents and Automations service degradation. The status page now says affected services are back to normal, with monitoring ongoing.

This was not caused by your plan, credits, or model choice. Switching models or upgrading to Ultra would not have helped, and the rejected follow-ups did not consume usage.

Please try the follow-up again. If it still fails, share the new request ID and I’ll take another look.
