Question about API credits reset and billing cycle

Hi,

I have a question about the billing system and API credits. I’m on the Pro plan ($20/month). In mid‑February I used up the $20 of premium model credits (Claude, GPT, etc.). In March I was billed for the monthly subscription as usual, but the credits didn’t reset (the API usage counter stayed at 100%).

Now my next billing date is in 17 days, but I’m still not sure when exactly those $20 premium credits reset. I’ve read that they reset on the monthly billing date (the day I first subscribed), but my dashboard doesn’t show the reset date, and the counter didn’t go back to zero after the March billing.

My questions are:

  1. Do the $20 credits reset on my monthly billing date?

  2. Is it normal that the dashboard shows “API 100%” until the new cycle actually starts?

  3. How can I find out my exact reset date?

  1. Yes, the $20 in premium credits resets at the start of each billing cycle, meaning on the day your subscription payment is charged.

  2. If your next billing date is in 17 days, around April 18, that means the previous cycle started around March 18. Your credits should’ve reset then. If you used premium models a lot after March 18, it’s very possible the $20 was already spent again, which is why you’re seeing 100%.
