Describe the request
The chat / Agents prompt bar currently uses two pieces of chrome that shrink the usable conversation area:
- A fade-to-transparent gradient overlay immediately above the input.
- Empty padding below the input, so the bar floats instead of sitting at the bottom of the window.
Together they hide or wash out the last lines of the transcript and waste vertical space. On laptop screens this is especially noticeable — you have to scroll more just to read the latest reply.
Request
- Remove (or make optional) the gradient overlay above the prompt bar, so the last message stays fully readable.
- Remove the empty gap below the prompt bar and pin the input to the bottom edge of the panel / window.
Happy to keep a small amount of spacing for aesthetics, but the current overlay + bottom margin takes more room than needed. Screenshot attached.
