Chat should automatically reconnect, but at the moment it just saying REconnecting… already during 30 minutes, though other chats works fine.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

This is a known class of issue where a chat tab gets permanently stuck showing “Reconnecting…” while the rest of Cursor continues to work normally. From your screenshot, it looks like the agent was mid-run (tool calls were executing) when the connection for that specific session dropped, and the reconnection loop wasn’t able to recover it.
A couple of things to note:
Since you’re on 2.7.0 pre 127 (nightly), and I see from your other thread that you didn’t see this on pre 92, this may be a regression in recent nightly builds. Could you try updating to the latest nightly to see if the issue persists? Several fixes related to agent stability have landed recently.
When this happens, the quickest recovery is to close the stuck chat tab and start a new one. If it’s persistent across multiple chats, fully quit Cursor (Cmd+Q) and relaunch.
If it keeps happening, sharing a Request ID from the stuck session would help us dig deeper. You can grab it from the chat context menu (three dots in the top right of the chat panel).
Our team is aware of this class of bug, and it’s tracked internally.
