Unfortunately, after subscribing, I have been consistently encountering errors that prevent me from fully using the service. As a student, I rely on such tools to support my academic and project-related work, and the ongoing issues have made it difficult for me to benefit from the subscription.

Given these circumstances, I kindly request a refund for the recent purchase. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter at your earliest convenience.

Hello, I have the same problem. I subscribed to the Annual pro on June 13, 2025, I clicked the “Request a refund” button in October, and my subscription was immediately canceled. However, so far, I haven’t received any confirmation email or the refund itself.
