Removing link from chat still sends it

I pasted a link into the chat window, removed it and then when I sent the message agent still listed the exact url as linked despite the fact it was not visible in the chat message I sent

Hey, thanks for the report. To help us investigate, please share:

  • Exact steps to reproduce: how exactly did you remove the link (backspace, select all + delete, etc.)?
  • Screenshot: if possible, show what the sent message looked like and what the Agent’s response showed
  • Chat context: was this a new chat or a chat with existing history?

The Request ID is also helpful. If you can reliably reproduce the issue, I can escalate it to the engineering team.

new chat always
i paste link, remove it via hover X button, write text, send and it shows url attached (not in my message though) and agent knows the url
happens every time, when i remove it via backspace this bug does not happen
