Rename option has vanish from chat tabs

I was just forced to update from 2.3 to 3.0
The “rename” option on the right-click menu on the tab title in an agent chat is now gone.
This is why I try to avoid updates - so many things keep getting broken or removed, it ruins my productivity!

Steps to Reproduce

Right-click a chat tab to rename it

Expected Behavior

Rename option shows up

It has been disappearing and appearing with the last couple of releases. The latest build removed it again.

Hey, thanks for the report. I see the screenshot, and yeah, Rename is missing from the context menu.

This looks like a recurring regression. We had a similar issue back in 2.6: Regression Chat history UI in 2.6: can't delete, rename, see current selected agent chat. I’ve shared this with the team.

For now, a workaround is to rename the chat from the agents sidebar. Click the three dots next to the chat name, then pick Rename.

Let me know if that doesn’t work.

Thanks goodness this was a mistake and not a design decision!!! That’s such a useful feature.

the clock-icon thingy’s menu has a submenu with dots which inside those I found the rename!
