Does this stop you from using Cursor

Hey @sk_monkeytyper

This isn’t intended behavior and it’s not on your end. Quick fix for now: click into the renamed chat wherever it still shows the old name, and it’ll pull the new name in.

One thing to help me get it to the team: does this happen with a single window open, or mainly when the same chat is open in a second window? A screenshot of the tab and sidebar side by side would help too.

If I have the same chat open in a second window, the original window has inconsistencies + the second window never gets the updated name. If I reload the second window, it just UNDOs my name change.

@sk_monkeytyper that’s the detail we needed, thanks. The second-window case is exactly it: a rename doesn’t refresh the copy open in the other window, and reloading that window rewrites the old name back over yours. This isn’t intended behavior, and it’s an issue we’re tracking with that multi-window trigger. In the meantime, keeping a chat open in a single window (and clicking into the renamed chat wherever it shows the old name) avoids the mismatch. I’ll post here when there’s an update.
