In IDE window (not Agent window), if CMD+W closes a chat tab, then CTRL+CMD+T should re-open the last closed tab, just like it does in a browser or the editor window. Currently it will close the chat tab, and if you try to reopen it, the focus switches back to the editor and it reopens the last closed editor tab.
