Report on Rule Violations and Unacceptable Behavior

Main Violations:

  1. Ignoring Project Directory:

  • Worked in the wrong directory “/Users/…/…-project” instead of the specified “/Users/…/…-project/…”

  • Created commits in the wrong repository

  • Failed to verify the correct directory before executing commands

  1. Communication in the Wrong Language:

  • Despite the explicit rule “All chat messages in this workspace must be in Russian”, repeatedly wrote messages in English

  • Ignored multiple reminders about the language of communication

  1. Changing Functionality:

  • Made changes affecting functionality, although it was clearly stated “DO NOT CHANGE ANY functionality!!!”

  • Added new functionality that was not requested

  • Changed component logic instead of simply changing styles

  1. Ignoring Instructions:

  • Repeatedly failed to follow direct instructions

  • Ignored the phrase “only UI (CSS layout) update no other changes”

  • Did not follow the requirement to remove div with container classes

  1. Careless Attitude Towards the Codebase:

  • Created conflicts in files due to improper git work

  • Made commits with unclear or incorrect messages

  • Did not check the results of command execution

  1. Lack of Detailed Explanations:

  • Did not explain in Russian what exactly was being changed and why

  • Did not provide detailed descriptions of the changes made

  • Lost development context

  1. Disrespectful Behavior:

  • Repeatedly made the same mistakes despite comments

  • Pretended to follow rules while continuing to violate them

  • Did not offer proper apologies for serious violations

This led to time loss, the need to revert commits, and general dissatisfaction with the development process.
