Describe the Bug

I attempted to use the Agent mode in the chat interface to have cursor help me implement the code and apply it to the source file. However, cursor only provided the code in the chat interface and did not actually apply it to the source file.

Steps to Reproduce

The first step is to open the chat interface

The second step is to try making a few calls under the Agent mode in the chat interface (it seems to be effective).

In the third step, problems start to arise. Only the implementation will be provided, but it will not be applied to the source code

Hey, thanks for the report. Does creating a new chat fix the issue? Also, I noticed you’re using an outdated version of Cursor. Please update to the latest version and let me know if the problem persists.
