could you maybe make right click copy and paste just work in the various windows within cursor?
Unless of course there is a stupid easy way to do it apart from the irritating way I;ve been doing it… i.e. using the edit menu?
You dont need it, copy/paste with shortcut keys works fine.
well, need and want are a little different, I despise reaching for the keyboard and it would definitely be a “nice to have” and an “easy” to implement as well.

Thank you for your feature request, I agree for those who need to use mouse more (no matter why) having copy paste on right-click e.g. in prompt and similar locations would help.

they seem to have done it… its there now, cool… thank you my fellow programming person!.. I can’t believe cursor existed all this time without it.

Thanks, its a hard balance of features, bug fixes, model introductions and so on. Really appreciate the feedback and good explanations of issues or why its important, help with adjusting priorities.
I am on 2.0.43 and just noticed I can’t right click (or copy/paste with keyboard shortcuts) anywhere, including the built-in browser. It works in the terminal area though, so I guess that might be a Cursor bug?
@jonasjancarik this is an outdated thread and a feature request. Could you post a full separate Bug Report with more info. so we can reproduce it Create Bug Report.
