Run command button/card is overlayed/blocking by the "Files changed" row

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

Theres a row above the agent textarea that shows “Files edited” (that can expand and collapse). It is rendered above the “Allow/Run” buttons when the agent asks if it can run a cli command.

Steps to Reproduce

Wait until the agent asks to run a cli command, and after it has already changed at least 1 file

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue
