We now have a “Scroll to bottom” button.
When an agent answers it scrolls to the bottom, but I often want to read the whole message.
I propose a button that only shows when at the bottom that says “Scroll to top of last message” or “Scroll to top of message” that moves the scroll so the top of the scroll area is right below the last message box. This way we can proceed to read.
Alternatively a setting or default so when I’m not looking at at a thread the auto scroll stops so the message start is at the top, instead of sending me to the very bottom.
