Searching web and docs hangs every other time

For some reason I receive failed experience with docs and web every other time: it’s just hanging there w/o any finite progress indicator.

For example, I added a new Docs entry with the link: GitHub - winstonjs/winston-daily-rotate-file: A transport for winston which logs to a rotating file each day.

It reported it had successfully indexed the page, and then I wrote:

@Winston Daily Rotate Can I rotate logs on every app start?

Since then it’s been showing "Searching web… " and nothing is happening.
I cannot see what is really going on.
