### Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Grok Bot

### Describe the Bug

Hi — Team Grok Bot is enabled but I can’t create a Team Bot.

Team: OMO Capital Team (id 58389213)
Dashboard: Grok Bot page shows Enabled
In Grok Bot app, New chat (+) only shows Create New Bot (personal) — no Create new Team Bot
On my existing bot (Pipeline bot), Details shows Share with your Team (“Let others collaborate”). Clicking it does nothing (no new chat, no setup cards, no error). Retried after fully quitting and reopening the app.
Asking the bot to ConvertToTeam fails — tool not available on this bot
Goal: publish Pipeline as a Team Bot and Bring to Slack so teammates can @mention it in #pipeline
Please advise / fix Team Bot publish for this team.

### Steps to Reproduce

Enable Grok Bot for OMO Capital Team (dashboard shows Enabled).
Open Grok Bot app → New chat (+) — only Create New Bot (personal), no Create new Team Bot.
Open Pipeline bot → Details → Share with your Team.
Click it — nothing happens. Quit/reopen app, same result.

### Expected Behavior

Opens team-copy setup / new Team Bot chat, or shows an error.

### Operating System

MacOS

### Version Information

Version: 0.71.2
Built: 2026-10-14T17:38:40.722Z
Release Track: stable
OS: darwin

### Additional Information

Expected Behavior: Share with your Team creates a Team Bot copy / setup flow (or Create new Team Bot appears under New chat).

### Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey @Jonathan_Lau, thanks for the report.

What you’re seeing comes from how your team is set up right now. It’s still tied to your personal plan, so your Bots are treated as personal Bots. Because of that, the Team Bot tools (including the copy that Share with your Team asks for) aren’t available to them yet, even though the button shows. You’re right that the button shouldn’t just do nothing, and I’ve flagged this to the team.

To help us confirm the fix for your account, could you tell us:

1. Has anyone you invited accepted and joined your team yet?
2. In the Grok Bot app, open New chat (+) and click the Team Bots row at the bottom of the list. Does a “Create new Team Bot” option appear there?

Hi @Colin

I’m experiencing a similar issue with my newly created Premium Teams account.

I have one paid seat, assigned to myself as Admin. The dashboard confirms that Grok Bot is enabled for my team.

I can explicitly select “Create new Team Bot” from the command palette, and the bot is created successfully.

However, “Share with your Team” doesn’t complete the publishing process.

Both the “Manage Team Bots” dashboard and the “Team Bots” section in the desktop app remain empty.

I’ve reproduced this with multiple bots and restarted the application and the laptop.

I’m currently the only member of my team.

Could you confirm whether Team Bot publishing is supported for single-member Premium Teams accounts, or whether this is a known issue?

Thanks!
