This has been an issue since the new panel update a few days ago.
Clicking this button produces no reaction:
CMD + OPT + L doesn’t work either.
This is on an M4 Mac.

Same here!!! What is going on
Hey, that’s quite strange, but everything works for me. Try clearing the cache, it might help.
Turns out, it was something weird going on with the keybindings, I guess it would’ve had to do with the panel update.
Anyway, I got rid of this issue by going into my keyboard shortcuts JSON and searching/commenting-out anything that had to do with “cmd + opt + L” indiscriminately, I did that just to see if it worked, and it did, and nothing else seemed to stop working so I just left it like that afterwards. I also solved another problem I was having, with the “cmd + L” “cmd + shift + L” commands being messed up, by commenting out anything touching those commands.
Yeah been having the same issue the since a couple weeks ago. Seems like you can’t click it if you set a keyboard shortcut for it. Maybe the keyboard shortcut icon’s bounding box is covering up the button’s click surface?
I found you are right after testing. At startup of cursor app, if the show chat history
command is assigned a keyboard shortcut, then it will prevent the chat history dropdown menu being able to render. After that, no matter if you assign or delete the key binding, it won’t change the behavior until next time you restart cursor.
