I cleaned up my sidebar which had numerous folders for the same cloud repo by right clicking the cloud environment duplicates and Removing From Sidebar. However now when I add a new thread to the given cloud repo, either from cursor directly or an integration like Linear, no thread shows. If I go to the Web App, I can see the thread working. On mobile I also see the thread, yet the Agent window does not show it at all. I can search for the thread and find it, but the only way to get it to stick is by pinning it. This seems to be applying to only one cloud repo and not all. Not sure if it’s a version issue, my version is 3.21.18. Would be really great to easily be ‘un-remove’ from sidebar. There is also no documentation describing exactly what ‘Remove from Sidebar’ does, and how to undo it. Would love some help, thank you! ---

Hey @Wyatt_Gober! Nothing’s lost here. Remove from Sidebar only hides that group in the Agents Window on this computer (that’s why web, mobile, and search still show the chats), and it also keeps new chats in that group hidden, including ones started from Linear. To bring it back: click the folder-with-a-plus icon at the top of the sidebar’s agent list (tooltip “Open Workspace”), then pick the cloud repo that went missing. If it’s listed more than once, pick each entry. The group comes back with your recent chats and stays put. You’re right that there’s no obvious undo and it isn’t documented. We’ve let the team know, and this is an issue we’re tracking. If it’s still missing after that, drop a screenshot of that menu and I’ll take a look. ---

Hey! Have done this multiple times before writing this post and tried again. the same result happens. When I click the cloud repo, the thread opens for me. I post a message in the composer, and for a moment the cloud repo shows as a workspace folder. After about 2 seconds it disappears. See screenshot sequence. 1.
