Slack integration can't trigger native skills like /babysit

Feature request for product/service

Cloud Agent (GitHub, Slack, Linear,…)

Describe the request

Repro: “@Cursor /babysit” in Slack doesn’t trigger the actual skill

Desired outcome: “@Cursor /babysit” triggers the appropriate Cursor skill

Hey @Brandon_Liu!

Thanks for the feedback. Good catch!

  • We’re working on a better solution for triggering babysit from Slack
  • Separately, you’re right: when invoking Cloud Agents from Slack, it recognizes project-level skills but not managed skills. I’ve filed a bug report for that!

In the meantime, telling the Cloud Agent (from Slack) “Use the managed babysit skill” should cut down on the time it takes for the Agent to find the skill and start using it
