Hi guys, the last few days I’ve been getting slow requests only, but I’m on the Business plan and this issue started with less than 100 premium requests this billing cycle. This is definitely a bug. I’ve emailed customer support a couple times but no response. Can you take a look? ---

Hey, sorry your facing some issues with this, and sorry for not getting back to you via email sooner! We’ve been transitioning to a new email system recently to improve our response time on emails. Regarding your issue, can you send a screenshot of your Cursor dashboard, as this will show your usage against your plans limits? I got the same issue. I paid as business users by assuming i do not need to waste time for waiting. if this is too slow, then what’s point for paying? ---

Hi @danperks, I don’t see any limits but would assume this is at least 500 for the Business plan, since you advertise 500 fast premium requests on the Pro plan.
