Smooth autoscroll mode

I would like my chat to behave in this way:

  1. Smooth steady scroll when code is visible in the response.
  2. All code panels are expanded in this mode.
  3. AI commentary sections might have a faster scroll speed.

For me this would be a perfect “vibe coding” setup, if you will. I have my browser with YouTube live show of my favorite rock bands and on the right side of the screen I see the AI generation under my browser. So in my scenario this smooth scroll would fit more, rather than current implementation.
