I cant find gpt and gimi and other models ?
they show sometimes ,and disapper

Hey! Models disappearing is usually caused by one of two things:

  1. Regional restrictions
    Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), and Google (Gemini) have regional availability limits. Which region are you using Cursor from?
    More details: Regions | Cursor Docs

  2. Custom model config issue
    If you added custom models before, they can sometimes break the model list. A workaround is:

  • Back up any important settings
  • Delete this file: ~/Library/Application Support/Cursor/User/globalStorage/state.vscdb
  • Restart Cursor

Warning: this will reset your chat history.

I cant find button to add model, is it inavailable now ?

Add Model button shows up when you search for a model.

Steps:

  1. Open Cursor Settings > Models
  2. In the search field (where the model name is shown), enter the ID of the model you want
  3. If the model isn’t in the default list, you’ll see “No models available”
  4. A “+ Add Custom Model” button will appear below
  5. Click it, and the model will be added
