Its still buggy @deanrie click Keep and you can also click stop, so you’ve not really fixed the issue, just made a patch and made it worst.
When will this be really modified? This is sooooooooo annoying.
So I just clicked accept and also clicked the stop button, when will this even get fixed, its just a really annoying issue, why would you even consider placing a stop button under a accept button. This is just really bad for everyone.

Describe the request
Currently, the chat uses a single button that changes state from “Keep” ➝ “Stop”. This causes accidental clicks on “Stop” when users intend to “Keep changes,” since the button switches meaning mid-click.
Request:
Please separate these into two distinct controls:
A Keep button that always confirms/accepts changes.
A Stop button that always cancels/disrupts changes.
Benefit:
This avoids workflow disruptions, prevents accidental cancellations, and makes the interface more predictable and user-friendly.

It has been asked previously and they did improve it slightly, but I do agree its a bad issue, especially when you click keep and stop appears then you click stop.

One of the most annoying things is that as chats get laggy and you want to quickly stop the chat, you hit the stop button which has at the same instant changed to ‘Reject all’.
Please, do change position of the buttons so that people do not Reject all changes, or have a confirmation dialog.

Yes, please do take a look at this issue, it is a small fix but would save many of us hours of restoring previously accidentally rejected files.
