  • Disabled HTTP/2 (set to HTTP/1.1 compatibility mode)

  • Disabled DoH (DNS over HTTPS) and DoT (DNS over TLS) via both PowerShell and Registry

  • Disabled Auto Proxy Detection in Windows LAN settings

  • Confirmed no VPN, no proxy, and no antivirus HTTPS filtering

  • Tried on a brand-new Windows laptop (Lenovo Legion Y7000P) with Cursor fresh install

  • Tested on different networks (home Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot) — same error persists
    Logs:
    Ping: ~2900ms
    Chat: Streaming responses are being buffered by a proxy in your network environment
    Agent: HTTP/1.1 SSE responses are being buffered by a proxy in your network environment
