While building a project over cursor free account an internal error arise and not be able to proceed further, can someone please help into this posting the photo of the same.

Hey, this was a temporary outage on the upstream model provider’s side right when you sent the request, around Apr 29 at 06:33 UTC. The agent retried 3 times, but the provider was still returning 502, so the error was passed back to you. This wasn’t a Cursor bug, it was a provider incident.
It should be working now. Try opening the same chat and clicking Try again, or just send the message again. If it happens again, send a new Request ID and your Cursor version here and we’ll take a closer look.
Hey, thanks for reaching out. The new Request ID points to a different temporary error on the model provider side, not an issue on your device. These errors usually go away within a few minutes.
A couple things you can try:
- Open the same chat and click Try again on the error message, or just send it again.
- If it keeps happening only for you, send a new Request ID plus the approximate time with your time zone when it happened, and I’ll take a closer look.
For reference, you can copy the Request ID from the chat menu in the top right > Copy Request ID.
