Stuck in login loop on Cursor app and website

hi @Lin1 could you please first email to [email protected] and request support for the login issue there? Let me know if they do not solve it within 1-2 days.

I have already reached out to [email protected]. They told me about a flag on my account and said it was fixed, but I still cannot receive the password reset email.

Since the issue remains unresolved, is there any possibility that someone else could take a look? I urgently need access to the account. @condor

I have been trying to send the password reset email, but I am not receiving it. It seems that something is blocked on your end because I’ve tried with other third-party services and didn’t have any problems receiving emails.

I’m having the exact same issue and it’s incredibly frustrating.

Cursor app works, but the web dashboard is stuck in a login loop (loads then dumps me back to the login page). I even had someone else try from a different machine — same result, so this isn’t “clear your cache” territory.

I’ve already emailed [email protected]. Please escalate / fix the domain/auth issue ASAP — I need access to my account.
