Hey @Robert_Moran, thanks for the report, and sorry for the slow reply here.
We took a look at your account. The computer on our side is up and healthy, and your Bots and their scheduled work are safe and still running. The problem is that the desktop app on your Mac times out every time it tries to reach it, which is what causes the endless reconnecting screen. Resetting recreates the computer but does not change that connection path, so no need to keep trying it.
Could you try two things and let us know what happens:
Connect your Mac to a different network (a phone hotspot works well) and reopen Grok Bot. If it connects, something on your home network or ISP route is likely interfering.
If you run a VPN, proxy, firewall, or content filter (Little Snitch, NextDNS, etc.), try briefly disabling it and reopening the app.
Also, does Grok Bot work for you on your phone or in the browser? That would help us narrow this down. If neither test changes anything, reply here and we will dig deeper on our side!
I am not totally sure how it’s fixed. It looks like it was working on my phone, now it’s working again my laptop. I had updated mac os the other night, and then grok bot broke. But I also use something called Lu Lu to manage the network, and it looks like it needed to be updated too, and now everything is working. Thanks for checking on it.
