Student Re-Verification Required

@condor I noticed the re-verification email too late, and now my SheerID re-verification won’t work. What options do I have? I’d appreciate it if you could help me out. Thank you!

I haven’t registred my cursor account using my personal mail, rather it was my edu mail.

Which is : 23*******@student.aiub.edu

Still I have received ‘Re-verification is required’ error.

Hi @condor, I’m having an issue with applying the student discount.
I initially encountered an error during the standard verification process. I contacted SheerID support directly, and they were able to successfully verify my student status manually after I submitted my student documents.
Although SheerID has confirmed that I am “Verified” (I have the email proof from a SheerID agent), I still get an error on the Cursor website when I try to apply the discount.
This appears to be a technical issue where my “Verified” status from SheerID isn’t syncing correctly with the Cursor system.
Could you please contact me via DM to investigate this?

Hi! My student verification was approved by SheerID
but the discount still isn’t applied to my Cursor account.
SheerID confirmed that the issue is on Cursor’s side.
Could someone from the Cursor team please review and apply it manually?

Hi, I’m still having this issue. I had a 1-year Student Pro plan, upgraded to Pro+, and now my account shows Free. Could you help me restore my plan? Thanks.

The reverification link expired for me, and when I try to use verification in settings, it says that I’ve already redeemed the offer.

It has now been three times that I have tried to activate the student discount to get Cursor Pro. I have contacted the support three (Sam AI) and you said to see with Sheer ID. I have contacted Sheer ID three times. They have confirmed my verification and given me back the link to redeem the offer. When I click on the link, I’m redirected to my cursor dashboard page where I see a never ending loading loop on my On-demande usage (see image below). Could you please help.

Hello, I found the SheerID reverification email, but when I click on “Reverify Your Status Now”, it takes me to a dead page. Would I be able to be reverified another way?

Same issue @condor. I have not received any re-verification email. I am using a student account, but I haven’t recieved any email about this. This error message is still coming. Please DM me thanks.
