Student verification support document didn't include student visa in Australia

Hello,

I am a student from the University of New South Wales, and I have a .edu email. However, I am an overseas (international) student. The student visa issued by Australia is not one of the supported documents for Australia. I can’t use my student visa to verify my identity. Moreover, the country of my birth (China) is not on the list, so I can’t use a Passport to verify my identity either.

What should I do to verify that I am a student living in Australia to collect a student discount?

Here are specific answers that should help you:

  • Visa: visas are not required documents for student verification, a Government ID like a passport is required where SheerID requests a Government ID.
  • Country list: Select Australia as that is where you educational organization is located.
