Subscription payment failed

Describe the Bug

I’m currently subscribed to Cursor Pro and have had successful payments for 2 months now using a Mastercard in the Philippines. A few days ago, I received a notification in Cursor saying that my payment failed. I tried other cards as well (mastercard and visa), and still failed. Tried to contact and sent an email to [email protected] and [email protected], but still no response.

Do not tell me to send another email to cursor or try checking with my bank. The bank doesn’t have any problems with any other vendors or payment channels. Accept that it’s you who has the problem and fix it.

Process payment at invoice.stripe.com redirect.
