Teams admin not receiving Per-member Spend Alert

I am a Cursor Teams subscrition’s admin. I have configured the “Per-member Spend Alert” with alert recipients set as “All admins + affected member.”

However, when one member of our team had his on-demand usage exceeding the alert threshold, only his email have received the spend alert. The team admin’s email (that is my email) receives nothing from Cursor.

Is this a bug? Could someone shed some light on this?

Hi @xyfu.celia Thanks for the forum post! I took a look into the issue, and it looks like your email account was being suppressed in the email provider distribution system. We have re-activated it, so you should receive these emails going forward. Let me know if that is not the case, or if you have any other team members who are not receiving emails that should be.
