If you encounter an issue where the Accept button disappears from the UI while running plan agent build, causing the agent to get stuck, you don’t need to stop the process.
A simple workaround:

Scroll back up to the Plan card

Click Save to workspace
-
Return to the Agent conversation window
After doing this, the Accept button should reappear.
Not sure why this works, but it consistently resolves the issue for me. Sharing in case others run into the same problem.
