Terminal Still in Sidebar for v1.3.6

Describe the Bug

The update 1.3 is suppose to start new terminal but it is instead running it in sidebar the old way. Can you confirm if I need to do something different to get this update?

Steps to Reproduce

Ask agent to run command in the sidebar.

Expected Behavior

It should open a new terminal as documented in new update.

Operating System

MacOS

Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy)

Version: 1.3.6 (Universal)

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor

Hey, you need to click the “Click to focus” button, then your terminal will open in the bottom panel and use one session for all commands.
