Terrible UX for Account Holders

A Contact Support link that just goes to a blank page… Notifications in account settings of unpaid invoices when they have been paid… References to “Billing Settings” in account settings but no clearly demarcated section or tab for it… No user feedback when pricing limit has been increased, in terms of what exactly that immediately gets the user… etc…

Guys, I know y’all are young and moving fast and probably just want to sell this thing for 200 mil or whatever, but take a beat, slow down, get your :poop: together on the user-experience front, mmkay? This kind of stuff is going to quickly make people jump ship to one of the many other competing platforms.
