I would like to know how many tokens are still available for use in my Cursor account.
Now I have a question. I subscribed on an annual basis, with a monthly fee of $20. Does that mean I have a usage quota of $240 for the whole year?
Based on my current observation, I have used $39, so I still have approximately $200 worth of resources left to use, correct?
Additionally, what will happen if the cumulative usage of the account reaches $240, and it becomes unusable?
Hey, thanks for the request. I’ll explain how this works.
Even on an annual subscription, billing cycles are monthly. You pay once a year, but usage is counted month by month.
Looking at your screenshot:
- Billing cycle: Jan 3, 2026 to Feb 3, 2026 (one month)
- Included Usage: $39.32 (this is your monthly limit, including bonuses)
- On-Demand Usage: $0.00 (you haven’t gone over the limit)
How it works:
- Each month your limit refreshes
- The Pro plan includes $20 of base usage plus extra bonuses (you have $39.32 total included)
- Next month (Feb 3) the counter resets and you’ll have the full monthly limit again
- An annual subscription means you pay for 12 months upfront, but the limits are monthly
About On-Demand Usage:
- It turns on automatically when you use up your included usage ($39.32)
- It’s billed at the same API rates, quality doesn’t change
- The on-demand bill comes at the end of the monthly cycle
Right now you’re at $0.00 on-demand, so you’re within included usage. Everything’s fine.
Thank you for your reply. Thanks a lot!
