Suddenly, the code doesn’t apply automatically. Instead, it requires manual clicking on the “Apply” button on the right. However, the newly created page does not take effect.

Thank you for the post and detailed screenshot.
AT the bottom part of the screenshot it is visible that the Chat mode is “Manual”, this means that changes are not applied automatically but must be addded manually.
For automatic changes you may use the Agent mode with Auto-run.
