The Cursor Agent window and the Editor window can no longer be open simultaneously

Hey, you can keep both windows open at the same time. Opening the second one just isn’t very obvious.

From the Agents Window, open the Editor Window via:

  • Shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Or Command Palette Ctrl+Shift+P then type Open Editor Window

Going the other way is the same, just use Open Agents Window. After that, they act like two separate windows, and you can switch with Alt+Tab.

And yeah, the window switching not being very discoverable is a known thing. The team is aware.
