I already sow that issue was for just old conversations, new conversations is working well

Hey, glad the new chats are working. Old threads can sometimes fail with a server error if they got stuck with a glitch, starting a new chat usually fixes it.

Just in case, check cursor.com/settings and make sure your subscription and payment method are OK. If something’s off there, access can get interrupted.

If you hit the same error again, send the Request ID here from the chat menu in the top right corner > Copy Request ID, and we’ll check the logs.

I met interruptions when using the ask mode in cursor just now. My request id is 36488582-b99b-4cfc-a2e1-be442e57764f. Lots of thanks to anyone who could give me a clue.

Hey @Jing_Chen, this looks like a separate issue that isn’t related to this thread. To avoid mixing debugging, please open a new bug report.

To quickly check the logs, can you share:

  • Which model you were using
  • What you mean by interruptions, does the reply cut off halfway, time out, or show a UI error
  • Your Cursor version and OS
  • Whether Privacy Mode is enabled, if it is, the Request ID may not show all details

Related recent report, just in case: Cursor keeps interrupting its responses and can't execute completely at one time. If the symptoms match, you can reply there.
